A wine that continues to (surprise)
Meet our youthful Cabernet Sauvignon. Made from grapes from our Marinus vineyard. We pick the grapes early in the ripening process, naturally by hand. We then ferment them at a low temperature. The wine is then allowed to mature for six months in twenty-eight year old French oak barrels. This is what gives it its clear taste and aroma of cheerful red fruit with accents of spices. A wine to enjoy young.
