Tasting Notes:
Butter/Oak/Vanilla
A blend that brings more than the sum of its parts
Full, buttery and with beautiful fruit. To get a Chardonnay of this quality, our winemaker chose grapes from two vineyards on the coast of California: Arroyo Seco and Santa Lucia Highlands. The cool maritime climate ensures that the characteristics of the different grape varieties are well expressed.
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fifty-seven percent are fermented in oak barrels, after which ninety percent of the grapes are aged in French oak barrels. Then it is up to our winemakers to create the blend with their taste and experience. Monterey County Chardonnay is light golden yellow in color and has aromas of white flowers, acacia, exotic fruit and thanks to the - aging on wood - vanilla.

Fond memories of our "founder"
“In America I wanted to make wines that can compete with the best wines in the world and be accessible to everyone. Maybe not every day, but every day that you want to make more beautiful. We have worked with everything to create a wine collection that meets this ambition and believe that we have succeeded”
