About this wine
Tasting notes
Food pairing
Only 27ha of premium Pinot Noir grapes are planted in this rolling, eastern terrace. Here you will find oak trees on the upper part, the middle area borders Garys' and the lower part consists of a rocky plot on a sloping hill. Thanks to the sandy loam soil, the roots can go deep. In addition, the early morning mist and pleasant sea breeze from Monterey Bay ensure a long growing season. The perfect conditions.
All grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked. The wine is then fermented and matured according to Burgundian tradition. The wine matures for 10 months in oak barrels, 40% of which are new.
A wine with Burgundian allure. Light Bordeaux red in colour. Exuberant nose of berries, cherries, and a hint of laurel. Very pleasant taste with plenty of berries, cherries, herbs, oak, cinnamon and a hint of vanilla, with a surprisingly earthy touch. The long finish surprises every time with new soft flavours.

Fond memories of our "founder"
“In America I wanted to make wines that can compete with the best wines in the world and be accessible to everyone. Maybe not every day, but every day that you want to make more beautiful. We have worked with everything to create a wine collection that meets this ambition and believe that we have succeeded”
